Second cab driver also the same situation, he did take me to my destination but was also very rude because the valet staff didn’t make sure he called a taxi that accepted US credit card and my destination. If they can’t they should communicate that instead of putting me in a situation and being treated very poorly by the taxi driver as well as valet staff. I don’t understand how local staff at the Ritz Carlton can’t complete a simple task. I got out and told the valet the same thing and asked if he could help and said he could only get me a cash taxi. They called a taxi, I got in and the taxi driver said unless I told him exact directions I needed to get out. I specifically asked for a taxi that accepts US credit card and told them specifically my destination. Unfortunately today was great until the staff at the valet weren’t able to complete a simple task as requesting a taxi. I am visiting Dubai for work, I expect the best customer service at The Ritz Carlton.

Not expensive ones but they were special and I treasured them A LOT. OK I can live with that, actually I found it quite amusing and it didint bother me at all at the time BUT apparently the house keeeper trying to klean up the room as best as he/she could by picking up the napkins had picked 2 of my rings that I had put on the table the previous night, and they were not found.

We had some pizza left overs on the table and while they were trying to get away with them they made a mess of the room spreading some ripped off napkins on the table and around the floor. One of the nights we left the balcony door open a nd hawks, yes Hawks (2 of them actually) entered our room. The hotel its self was good and most of the service provided was of a Ritz Carlton level BUT there were cons as well.
